"Hack me if you can" - SRF Input Story

SRF "Input" shows in a hack experiment how one person's negligence can be another person's undoing. After all, we are digitally connected and carry sensitive information about friends, family and business in our pockets - just a hack away.

To demonstrate this in an example, "Input" editor Reena Thelly from SRF gives Stefan Mettler, Founder & CEO of CRYPTRON Security GmbH, a clear assignment: he is to hack her and find out the identity of a person she is reporting on and to whom she has promised anonymity. "Input" thus shows how we not only become victims ourselves in an attack, but also endanger third parties.

The CRYPTRON Security Team would like to thank SRF and Reena Thelly for their trust and realization of the live broadcast.
